  • 2 oz. Prairie Organic Gin
  • ½ oz. fresh beet puree
  • ¾ oz. ginger syrup
  • ½ oz. ginger liqueur
  • Soda water
  • Rosemary garnish
  • Cucumber slices
  • Basil leaves



  1. Muddle cucumbers and basil, add remaining ingredients and shake. Serve in a highball glass
