Culinary Fight Club Hosts Seafood Showdown in 6 Cities

Culinary Fight Club hosts its 2017 Seafood Showdown in six cities. In this fall event, chefs and home cooks will compete to show off their seafood skills.

Chefs are judges in three categories: seasoning, execution, and appearance (S.E.A.) as they strive to impress the judges. The competition is fierce with a high-energy kitchen environment and time crunch. Chefs will have to plate up S.E.A. worthy seafood dish to win the judge’s choice and/or taster’s choice to earn a golden ticket to compete at the World Food Championships.

●     New Orleans, La. (September 19)
●     Boston, Mass. (October 2)
●     Los Angeles, Calif. (October 5)
●     Atlanta, Ga. (October 9)
●     Indianapolis, Ind. (October 24)
●     Twin Cities, Minn. (October 25)

Culinary Fight Club competitions take place in Chicago, Omaha, New Orleans, Cincinnati, Boston, Charlotte, Twin Cities, Kansas City, Montgomery, Charleston, Indianapolis, Atlanta and Los Angeles! The pantry, sponsored by Reinhart Foodservice in select markets, which provides fresh ingredients that allow the competitors the opportunity to battle for the best dish. Other sponsors include Bull Outdoor Grills and Yelp .

Tickets for the event range from $30-$50 and are available to purchase on Eventbrite. Guests that attend the event will receive sponsored beverages from select partners in each market. Each ticket helps fund Fight2Feed, a non-profit that aims to feed the hungry.
