Cult Coffee Roaster, which celebrated its 20th year in business in 2017, announces the appointment of Gina Dazzo as the corporation’s new Director of Customer Development. In her role, a newly created position, Dazzo will oversee in-store hands-on training for existing and new clientele, and assist with sales development.
“We are simply delighted to have this coffee whiz and 20-year veteran of the specialty coffee industry on our team,” says Hans Schatz, President and CEO of Cult Coffee Roaster. “Gina brings with her the kind of enthusiasm and experience we look to add to our company’s culture.”
Dazzo began her career in coffee with Starbucks in 1998, when the brand was just gaining steam around the U.S. Starting as a barista and working her way through the ranks, she eventually earned the position of district manager for licensed Starbucks outlets in northern Arizona. She then continued her management career at Bookman’s café in Flagstaff, and Helpings Café in Phoenix before accepting her new position with Cult Coffee Roaster.
