- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- ¼ cup mayo
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 drops Frank's Red Hot (optional)
- Paprika for Garnish

- Mash yolk and ½ of 1 egg white (to make them a little fluffier) in a bowl.
- Add and mix mayo, mustard, salt, pepper and hot sauce (optional).
- Scoop mix into eggs.
- Sprinkle Paprika for garnish.
- Serve and enjoy!
