Cindy’s invites guests to a collaborative dinner series inspired by lake house dinner parties in an intimate setting of 25 seats. Take a seat at the rooftop restaurant’s dinner table for An Evening of Alsatian Cuisine and Wine. Alsace is a friendly region of France with a love of fine food that is always intent on bringing people together. Nestled up against the German border, the food in this part of France delivers truly mouthwatering perfection. Savor flavors of gingerbread, honey plum, cinnamon and nutmeg; this adventure gift is perfect for the Christmas season. The five-course dinner will be prepared under the culinary leadership of Cindy’s Chef de Cuisine, Keith Potter, Sommelier, Sterling Knight and Pastry Chef, Jove Hubbard alongside Michelin Star Executive Chef, Nathan Sears of the Wit to bring you a vibrant evening among friends or family.
