Pacific Park on the Santa Monica Pier is excited to be a part of this year’s Santa Monica Restaurant Week, taking place January 8-14, 2018. Come in and try the specially-crafted pomegranate dish, “Pomegranate Masala Ice Cream.” Guests can share their photos on social media using #SMRestaurantWeek.
Pacific Park’s Pomegranate Masala Ice Cream features a swirl of organic blueberries and Indian gram masala spice and was specially created by Lappert’s Ice Cream. Guests to Pacific Park can visit Scoops Ice Cream and Treats at the oceanfront food plaza and enjoy a scoop in a cup or on a sugar cone for $5.75. Lappert’s Ice Ceram is produced in California and is made from fresh, organic ingredients with no preservatives.
“We have a unique partnership with Lappert’s Ice Cream so when we were asked to participate in Santa Monica Restaurant Week we knew our pomegranate dish would definitely be ice cream,” said Paul Garnica, Director of Food and Beverage at Pacific Park on the Santa Monica Pier. “As a two-acre amusement park on the world-famous Santa Monica Pier, we have a variety of unique food and beverage items, so Pomegranate Masala Ice Cream is a natural fit for the promotion.”
Santa Monica Restaurant Week is a Santa Monica-based dining campaign crafted by Santa Monica Travel & Tourism (SMTT). Held in conjunction with California Restaurant Month, the week-long program highlights participating restaurants throughout Santa Monica that will each craft a healthy, custom dish, centered around this year’s special restaurant week ingredient – the pomegranate.
