Thomson & Scott Skinny – A Premium Champagne and Sparkling Wine Brand Committed to Transparency and Better Drinking – Officially Launches in the U.S.

Today, premium champagne and sparkling wine brand Thomson & Scott Skinny, announces its official launch in the United States. After a much-anticipated wait, and following a great deal of hype from its initial launch across the pond, Thomson & Scott Skinny Champagne and Skinny Prosecco is rolling out in the U.S. and already there is a wait list of consumers eager to get their hands on the delicious, low-sugar bubbles.

“At Thomson & Scott we are committed to transparency in both the products we produce and our labelling process, because while everyone asks what’s in their food, we believe not enough people ask what’s in their bottle,” said Amanda Thomson, Thomson & Scott Skinny CEO and Founder. “We are thrilled to bring our premium bubbles to the U.S. and to further our mission of encouraging consumers to be more inquisitive about what is, and what isn’t, in their wine.”

Thomson, who was raised on a sugar-free and vegetarian diet, believes if you grow beautiful, pure fruit in the vineyards and work carefully in the winery, there is no need to add large amounts of sugar to your wine. As a result of this, Thomson & Scott Skinny Champagne and Thomson & Scott Skinny Prosecco are produced via a revolutionary and proprietary vegan process to reduce the sugar content in the premium sparkling wines. Thomson & Scott Skinny Champagne has less than 0.1g of sugar per liter. Thomson & Scott Skinny Prosecco has 7g of sugar per liter, which is half the amount of found in a traditional prosecco, and is made with 100% organic Glera grapes. Thomson & Scott Skinny products are 100% vegan, contain low levels of sulfites, and are free of additives such as animal-derived by-products and harmful pesticides.
